Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and equipment safely and securely between medical facilities, clinics, and laboratories.
- Adhere to strict temperature control requirements for sensitive medical supplies.
- Verify and log all deliveries accurately into the dispatch system, ensuring timely documentation.
- Interact professionally with patients, medical staff, and hospital personnel while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the courier van is in optimal condition.
- Handle cash and electronic payments for delivery services when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
- Reliable smartphone for GPS navigation and digital proof of delivery.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
