Responsibilities
- Transport sensitive medical specimens, lab samples, and medical equipment to and from hospitals, clinics, and testing facilities within the DC metro area.
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols and chain-of-custody procedures to ensure specimen integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and adhere to all safety and traffic regulations at all times.
- Track all deliveries accurately using our digital tracking system and update status logs promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients, representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Driverās License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no DUIs or recent accidents).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and climb in and out of vehicles regularly.
- Familiarity with Washington, DC area roads and traffic patterns is highly preferred.
