Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, documents, and supplies to 50+ healthcare facilities across the Las Vegas Valley
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Complete digital manifests and delivery documentation in real-time via our proprietary mobile app
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for all patient information handling
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with hospital staff for seamless facility access and logistics
- Resolve delivery exceptions proactively and communicate delays promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 points in 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and maneuver through tight spaces
- Experience with temperature-controlled transport preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and specimen handling
- Proficient with smartphone apps and digital documentation tools
- Exceptional time management with 100% on-time delivery rate
- Pass background check and drug screening
