Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Wichita metro area.
- Ensure timely arrival at delivery points while adhering to designated routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any delivery exceptions courteously.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure accurate tracking.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Update delivery status using the company handheld device or mobile app.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (Class A is a plus but not required).
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to and from the depot.
