Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport on construction sites and highways
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch for efficient routing
- Maintain clean vehicles and assist with minor maintenance tasks
- Transport construction materials (gravel, asphalt, demolition debris) to designated sites
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and billing forms
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years' dump truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of Louisville metro area and Kentucky highways
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
