Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload parcels efficiently while adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders to build trust and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues directly on the route.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Follow all traffic laws, company driving guidelines, and safety regulations strictly.
- Scan packages and update delivery status using handheld devices.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 1 accident in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning packages and accessing route information.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and diverse environments.
- Strong commitment to customer service and punctuality.
