Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, including handling special requests and managing difficult situations with professionalism.
- Inspect and organize delivery vehicles daily to ensure they are clean and ready for the day's route.
- Utilize handheld devices to scan packages and update delivery status accurately.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on the clock.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
