Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to designated Phoenix locations
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and optimize routes for timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate manual/automatic vehicles
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area and navigation tools
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Background check and drug screen required
