Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages, medical specimens, and legal documents across Oklahoma City metro
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems for all shipments
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery exceptions
- Secure packages and protect client confidentiality during transport
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience or equivalent commercial driving background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/delivery locations
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology systems
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of Oklahoma City streets and surrounding areas preferred
