Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents across Fort Worth metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital proof-of-delivery systems
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup/delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Assist in inventory management and package handling when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
