Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles for timely package transportation throughout Phoenix metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Handle fragile and high-value shipments with specialized care
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze)
- Pass background check and mandatory drug screening
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
