Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents across Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery records
- Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups/drop-offs
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS technology
- Handle special deliveries requiring temperature control or security protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Background check and drug screening required
- Commercial driving experience preferred
