Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities along designated routes.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bus interior at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and school bus safety regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with school administration and parents regarding schedules and delays.
- Manage student behavior on the bus to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Clean Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
- Pass a comprehensive background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screen.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s Medical Certificate.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
- Ability to pass a driving history check.
