Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, blood products, and pharmaceuticals using temperature-controlled vehicles
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance during all handling and delivery procedures
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and clinics for timely pickups and deliveries
- Document all transport activities using electronic tracking systems
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Respond to urgent delivery requests with urgency and professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years medical courier or healthcare logistics experience
- CPR certification and basic medical terminology knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate temperature-controlled equipment

- Background check and drug screening required
