Responsibilities
- Securely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceutical products between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Document and verify all shipments using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data protection
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain clean, professional appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare partners during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Report any shipment irregularities or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and stand/walk for extended periods
