Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals using temperature-controlled vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient information handling
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team
- Represent the company with professionalism and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
