Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A dump trucks for commercial construction and demolition projects
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload materials at job sites with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch for optimal routing
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
- Assist in training new drivers on company procedures
- Operate in various weather conditions and terrains
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 years' dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Mesa/Southwest Arizona roadways
- Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
