Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Maintain precise delivery schedules with on-time performance exceeding 98%
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs (ELD)
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize route efficiency and fuel consumption
- Uphall all FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Build long-term client relationships through professional communication
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time navigation and performance monitoring
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Proven OTR experience with dedicated route or regional driving
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Basic proficiency with electronic logging devices and GPS systems
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive background check and drug screening
