Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks for dedicated regional freight routes in Arizona and surrounding states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure secure cargo handling and proper documentation
- Build relationships with clients through professional service delivery
- Optimize fuel efficiency and route performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck or heavy vehicle experience
- Current DOT medical certification
- Reliable box truck (2010+ model) with proper insurance coverage
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
