Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently to requested destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to minimize wait times and maximize earnings
- Complete all trips in compliance with CityRide policies and local regulations
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or passenger incidents promptly
- Track earnings and trip data through the driver portal for performance insights
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with minimum 3 years of clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) passing safety inspection
- Smartphone with latest iOS/Android and high-speed data plan
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be 21+ years old with proof of auto insurance
