Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork in compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B Commercial License preferred, Class A accepted).
- Current DOT medical card (if applicable to vehicle type).
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
