Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely transport cargo across designated routes while adhering to traffic laws.
- Secure cargo properly and ensure accurate delivery documentation.
- Maintain a clean driving record and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Adhere strictly to all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean MVR.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of cargo securement and DOT regulations.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
