Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within designated SF neighborhoods
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
- Handle payment processing and accurate order documentation
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to ensure order accuracy
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (4-door sedan or larger)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
