Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within designated timeframes
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and adhere to all safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure maximum efficiency
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly and conduct daily inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time order updates and problem resolution
- Accurately process payments and maintain delivery records
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Austin streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Background check and drug test required
