Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver goods on established routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with exceptional punctuality and professionalism
- Build strong customer relationships through courteous communication and problem-solving
- Document delivery receipts and handle paperwork accurately for billing records
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Basic math proficiency for delivery documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening
