Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight between distribution centers and client locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records using our remote-friendly fleet management system
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication platforms for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of cargo and proper documentation of all shipments
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional freight or commercial driving experience
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision capabilities
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery schedules
- Basic proficiency with digital fleet management systems and mobile communication tools
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as per FMCSA guidelines
