Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals and maximize earnings
- Maintain clean, well-vehicle with professional appearance at all times
- Provide courteous assistance to passengers with luggage, accessibility needs, and local recommendations
- Complete trip documentation and incident reports accurately through our mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and MetroRide's safety protocols during every shift
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with minimum 3 years clean driving record
- Reliable 2010+ vehicle with 4 doors and valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable data connection
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Houston metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs
