As a School Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our students arrive at school safely and on time. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth within the transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Transport students to and from school safely and on time.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Ensure the safety and behavior management of students during transport.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bus environment.
- Follow all traffic laws and school district policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is preferred, but we provide paid training for the right candidates).
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Patient, reliable, and a strong commitment to student safety.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
