Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated freight routes
- Plan and execute efficient long-haul transportation across the Western US
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Build strong relationships with clients and dispatch teams
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling throughout transit
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong navigation skills and route planning ability
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for extended time away from home (4-6 weeks)
