Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated routes with predictable schedules
- Maintain DOT compliance through meticulous pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Optimize delivery efficiency using advanced GPS routing and telematics systems
- Build client relationships through professional communication and on-time performance
- Operate in all weather conditions while adhering to strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and proactive problem-solving
- Complete electronic logs (ELD) and required paperwork with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging systems (ELD) and transportation software
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Exceptional communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays and weekend shifts
- Knowledge of regional Midwest highways and delivery protocols
