Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport in construction, demolition, and landscaping projects
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery scheduling
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment techniques to prevent damage
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting for mileage and deliveries
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all Texas traffic laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of El Paso-area roadways and construction zones
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-road repairs
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
