Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks for construction material transport across DC metro area
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization
- Manage loading/unloading operations at construction sites
- Maintain clean, compliant vehicle appearance and functionality
- Submit accurate delivery reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 5 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with DC metro area routes and traffic patterns
- Heavy equipment operation certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour construction training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
