Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely for material transport (gravel, asphalt, demolition debris)
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and DOT compliance documentation
- Navigate El Paso's industrial zones and construction sites efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and manifest documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch and ground crews for seamless operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience in construction/hauling
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of El Paso traffic patterns and industrial routes
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor repairs
- Strong communication and time management skills
