Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided box truck for regional deliveries in Fresno and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage load/unock procedures with proper equipment handling
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of Fresno/California roadways and delivery zones
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude
