Responsibilities
- Drive a delivery van to transport packages to customer doorsteps in a safe and efficient manner.
- Unload packages from the vehicle and ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- Obtain digital signatures and verify delivery addresses to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety policies at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on-site.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery confirmation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the delivery station.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
