Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles for local routes
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes using provided GPS and route planning tools
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
- Local Lincoln area residency preferred
