Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize packages onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Follow designated delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely service.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling package handoffs and signature requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Use handheld devices to update delivery status and record proof of delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collect payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders when applicable.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and logging.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must reside within a reasonable commute of Milwaukee, WI.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
