Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Maintain exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and timely deliveries
- Report mechanical issues and vehicle performance concerns
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of Bay Area traffic patterns and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with ELD systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
