Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 trucks for regional freight deliveries within Washington and Oregon
- Perform pre-trip inspections and adhere to all FMCSA regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using electronic logging devices
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of freight with securement protocols
- Represent company with professional conduct at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Washington/Oregon roadways and hazmat regulations
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
