Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks over regional routes with on-time deliveries
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficient route planning to maximize delivery schedules
- Load/unload supervision and securement verification
- Electronic logging system management
- Customer service communication at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic navigation skills and tech literacy
- Flexibility for overnight trips (2-3 nights/week)
- No preventable accidents in past 3 years
