Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Transport freight across Oregon and Washington with strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Complete meticulous pre-trip inspections and log maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Handle secure cargo and verify delivery accuracy with electronic logging
- Maintain clean driving record and report any vehicle maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with hazmat tanker endorsement preferred
