Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) following DOT regulations
- Deliver freight to designated locations within Miami metropolitan area
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Handle specialized cargo requiring temperature control or hazmat endorsement
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
