Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in all weather conditions.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as per DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle controls and safety standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions.
