Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across the Southwest
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Comply with all DOT regulations, HOS requirements, and company safety protocols
- Document delivery exceptions and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to provide real-time route updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overnight routes
- Must be at least 23 years old with valid passport for cross-border runs
