Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, flatbed) across Southern California
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate logbooks
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Deliver freight on time while optimizing routes for efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Uphold safety standards in all weather and traffic conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical exam
- Knowledge of California traffic laws and route planning
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred (training available)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
