Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation to passengers across the Raleigh metropolitan area.
- Navigate efficiently using the company app to reach destinations via the most optimal routes.
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is always presentable.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger and public safety.
- Uphold a professional image and provide excellent customer service during every trip.
- Collect payments securely through the app and handle cash tips professionally.
- Stay updated on local events and traffic patterns to better serve your riders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition (4-door is preferred).
- Have a valid smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan for app connectivity.
- Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow navigation instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
