Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (EOC/ELD) in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure accident-free driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must have a clean driving record and be insurable.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to operate basic material handling equipment.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
