Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute multi-stop delivery routes across Long Beach metropolitan area
- Maintain meticulous logs and compliance documentation (ELD)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Coordinate with logistics team for real-time route adjustments
- Handle specialized freight including temperature-sensitive cargo
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- 2+ years night shift driving experience preferred
- HAZMAT certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and background check
- Knowledge of Southern California road networks
