Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently on designated routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and meet all DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients at delivery points.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the job, including lifting and long hours.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
