As an Amazon Delivery Service Partner Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering packages to our customers' doorsteps with speed and care. We pride ourselves on our culture of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Operations: Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial customers along your assigned route.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, handle exceptions (missed deliveries) with care, and ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after your shift.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load packages into the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper placement and safety.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3-5 years).
- Vehicle: Your own reliable vehicle (SUV, pickup, or van) suitable for delivery work.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency with mobile devices.
